Part 1
Identity is not fixed. It is shaped by experience, belief, and choice. This section is where you take ownership of that process.
Before building routines, goals, or habits, you must understand who you are beneath them. What you value. What drives you. What drains you. What feels aligned, and what doesn’t.
The answers may not always come while you’re actively thinking about them. They might come when you’re lost in thought, creating, or practicing mindfulness. Let them come naturally, and when they do, capture them in your journal. You will recognize the patterns of your answers over time.
