Writing I am statements remind you of who you truly are, helping you reconnect with your values and inner strength. By grounding yourself in these positive beliefs, you gain the clarity needed to make confident, aligned decisions.

QUESTION

  1. Who am I? Outside of roles, expectations obligations, titles, and accomplishments.
  2. Who am I becoming? Growth is constant. Recognizing the qualities you are developing is equally as important to be reminded of.
  3. Who am I not? Sometimes, it's easier to define who we are by acknowledging what we are not.
  4. Who inspires me? The people you admire often reflect the values and strengths you recognize, or wish to cultivate, within yourself.
