This course is designed to help you uncover your true self by shedding the layers of conditioning and masks we’ve worn for years. Why? Because we often get lost in the expectations of others, and these layers cloud our sense of purpose. Through introspective questioning and journaling, you’ll gain the clarity needed to reconnect with your authentic self, purifying your thoughts and perceptions to live with intention and confidence.
We begin by identifying who you are—Your affirmations, values, interests, strength & weaknesses, fears, personality, purpose and what you're thankful for. This self-discovery process sets the foundation for everything that follows, helping you move forward with a deeper understanding of your core values and aspirations.
Next, we’ll focus on creating balance in your life through the 8 dimensions of wellness. You’ll explore each dimension—physical, emotional, social, intellectual, spiritual, environmental, financial, and occupational—and reflect on the actions you currently take to fulfill these areas. You’ll also evaluate how much energy you’re dedicating to each dimension, allowing you to see where balance may be needed. This process helps ensure that all aspects of your life are aligned with your true self, supporting your overall well-being.
From there, you’ll set clear, detailed goals—both short-term and long-term—that align with your values and the wellness dimensions. Finally, you’ll develop the routines and habits necessary to support these goals, creating a lifestyle that is both sustainable and fulfilling.
Ultimately, this course is about helping you create balance, authenticity, and a lifestyle that supports your personal growth. It’s not about quick fixes but about doing the deep, meaningful work that leads to lasting transformation. By the end of this journey, you’ll have a clear understanding of who you are, what you want, and the actionable steps to make it a reality.
