Detailed goals are not just about outcomes—they’re about the steps you’re willing to take, the areas of life they touch, and the deeper reasons behind them. By writing your goals out clearly, assigning them purpose, and connecting them to your wellness priorities, you create a framework that supports daily progress and long-term change.
