Meal Plans
Meal planning helps bring structure and ease to the rhythms of daily life. It’s where our values, favorite foods, and wellness goals begin to take shape in a practical, repeatable way. When we approach it intentionally, planning becomes less about restriction—and more about nourishment, balance, and rhythm across the week and seasons.
Core-concepts
Section 2
In this section, we create meal plans that reflect our personal tastes, energy levels, budget, and values. Whether you prefer to plan one day at a time or prepare a full week in advance, having a visual guide helps reduce stress, simplify grocery shopping, and strengthen follow-through.
This isn’t about sticking to strict rules. It’s about building meals around what already supports you—foods you love, ingredients you trust, and seasonal choices that feel fresh and satisfying. Over time, these plans become habits, and those habits create momentum.
Module 1
Meal Plans, Shopping List & Budget
Start aligning your meal plans with what naturally grows in each season. Or create a meal plan with your favorite recipes. Then add a shopping list and budget.
In this module, you’ll organize your favorite recipes into seasonal plans, create a grocery list sorted by food groups, and assign a flexible budget. You’ll be able to print your plans or save them for reuse. As your rhythms shift throughout the year, you’ll return to these plans and refine them to support your evolving needs.
Try starting with the season you're in, or build a few baseline weeks to rotate through. The goal is to build consistency—without losing creativity or joy.
