Developing healthy habits in every facet of life is important to feel accomplished and satisfied with yourself. When you feel accomplished and satisfied you are filling your esteem tier in Maslow's Hierarchy.

Sometimes we focus so intently on several areas of life that we can unknowingly neglect other areas of life and therefor feel an imbalance.

Here are some examples of habits we can practice to feel fulfilled in every dimension.

1. Physical Wellness

  • Morning: Start your day with a light exercise routine such as yoga, stretching, or a brisk walk to energize your body and mind.
  • Afternoon: Have a nutritious, balanced lunch that includes a variety of fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains.
  • Evening: Engage in a moderate-intensity workout like jogging, cycling, or strength training to maintain physical fitness.

2. Emotional Wellness

  • Morning: Practice gratitude by writing down three things you are thankful for.
