Equipment

  • 1 heavy duty blender with tamper tool vitamix, blentec, etc.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almonds you can substitute with 1 avocado
  • 3 cups strawberries frozen
  • 2 cups mango frozen
  • 2 bananas frozen
  • 1/2 cup zucchini
  • 1 lemon squeezed
  • 1/4 tsp stevia optional
  • 1 drizzle coconut nectar optional
  • 1 cup water up to a 1/2 cup more if needed

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to the blender.
  • Turn the blender to the highest setting and use the tamper tool to help move the ingredients.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.

Notes

If the blender is really struggling add a tbsp of water at a time until it starts to move.
