Bench Press ( 5 sets, increasing weight 10 pounds each set, decreasing reps AKA 10, 8 , 6, 4, 2)

 

Dumbbell close and wide chest press (3 sets of 6 each type)

 

Dumbbell fly ( 10 reps x 3)

Chest Press machine for burn out ( 20 reps x3)

Stair Master 20 minutes
