Hello, I’m Amanda! For over a decade, I’ve dedicated myself to discovering what creates a fulfilling and healthy lifestyle. Along this journey, I’ve gathered tools and resources that have given me a deeper understanding of how to develop sustainable rhythms that provide peace and balance in life.

From a young age, I had a passion for learning, teaching, and organizing. Every book I checked out was from the non-fiction section—how-to’s and skill-building guides that fueled my desire to create and improve. That drive stayed with me as I ventured into the world.

Dark Times

In my teens, I set out with little more than determination and a desire to make a meaningful impact. I worked a variety of jobs—teaching snowboarding, building and selling boards, organizing retail spaces, and cleaning houses. At that time, I faced constant stomach issues and illnesses that I thought were just part of life. My diet consisted of convenience food because I believed “I can’t cook.” At the same time, I trained hard in sports and fitness, pushing my body to its limits, until my body began to send warning signs that I couldn’t ignore.

I had no idea what my values were, and I didn’t have clear goals. Making decisions was difficult because I didn’t know my authentic self—only the masks I had created. The chaos of not knowing what to do, taking every opportunity without filtering them based on my values, was holding me back. I knew I needed clarity to break through the confusion and find my way forward.

Finding Light

As I entered my 20s, I was ready to try a new approach to health and lifestyle. I pursued educational and creative side gigs, including teaching aerial dance, performance art, recipe creation, photography, web design, and other creative ventures. But the turning point came when I deeply explored holistic wellness.

One idea that caught my attention was raw veganism. It's simplicity and creativity, transformed my perspective of health. I learned how to ferment, sprout, and enjoy simple foods. After detoxing for two years on a mostly raw vegan diet with food from local farmers, I finally felt connected to the food I was eating. I fell in love with the soothing rhythms of seasonal eating. I took pictures of the process and shared my journey on my first website.

While I’m not 100% raw vegan, I generally strive for—60% raw and 40% cooked daily, and up to 80% raw during detox phases. It's a simple way for me to know that I ate enough nutrients for my body to efficiently recover and rebuild.

Around the same time, I immersed myself in teaching aerial dance for up to 20 hours a week. I became captivated by the balance of strength and flexibility needed to create beautiful, gravity-defying shapes. However, years of strength training had left my muscles tight and strained, and my posture suffered.

I realized the importance of proper alignment, mindful breathing, and understanding of muscles. With that in mind, over the years, I developed a simple fitness challenge that combines building muscle and flexibility in every movement. This method has become a cornerstone of my practice, helping thousands of students over the years. My approach is a blend of my favorite coaches, the military like teaching style of my wrestling, gymnastics and track and field coaches when I was young; combined with the soulful style of the yoga, dance and circus instructors I had worked with in my 20's.

Resilience & Balance

Now in my 30s, my body is more resilient than ever, even after having two children. With a balance of flexibility and strength, and a nutrient-rich diet for optimal recovery, I feel my best—even if I take time for rest or indulgent food. My self-care habits are so ingrained that I don’t need to think about them anymore; I simply do what my body needs, instinctively and in natural cycles.

I have witnessed so many women and men drastically improve their lifestyles—it’s incredibly inspiring to continue along this path. Working and collaborating with people is something I truly enjoy.

I am passionate about tools that help us discover how to efficiently use our mind, body, and spirit in balance. I gravitate toward ideas and systems that help me understand reality from all perspectives—philosophy, astrology, technology, physics—it all intertwines in my toolbox, offering a holistic view of life.

After much reflection and journaling, I’ve come to realize my ideal rhythm in life. I’ve aligned my services with my passions, focusing on creatively organizing routines and spaces for whatever my clients’ goals are. I’ve seen firsthand how transforming physical spaces and daily routines can lead to greater mental and emotional clarity, fostering peace and balance.

Through it all, my journey has been one of continuous learning, restructuring, and evolving. Today, I use my experiences to help my family and others create their own unique version of a purified lifestyle—one filled with purpose and vitality, without the years of trial and error I went through. Whether it’s through journaling, flexible strength routines, plant-based recipes, or organizing spaces, I’m here to guide you toward your ideal life.
