Before moving a single item, we create detailed room layouts that determine furniture placement, storage solutions, and organizational zones. Careful planning allows us to complete projects efficiently while avoiding unnecessary rework.

With the design package we look at big impact design such as refurnishing, paint colors, curtain and fabric textures, and functional design for how you like to organize.

When a standard solution isn’t enough, we collaborate with local Raleigh/Durham craftsmen to create custom storage built specifically for your home.

Throughout the project, you’ll have access to shared documents containing product recommendations, budgets, layouts, links, and project updates so everything remains organized and transparent.

We begin by making room for transformation. Furniture is moved, large categories are grouped together, and major donation, recycling, and trash decisions are made. This creates the space needed to redesign your home efficiently.

We haul away up to 2 pickup truck loads of trash and donations on Day 1 to immediately clear your home.

On day 2, furniture is placed into its new layout, and rooms begin taking shape. We handle pantries, walk-in closets, children's play rooms, mudrooms, home offices and more. By the end of the day organizational zones become visible as categories are put into their intended spaces.

Once the foundation is complete, we begin organizing the individual categories that make daily life easier—from paperwork and crafts to toys and clothing.

Labels are added, final adjustments are made, and we photograph your completed home so you can fully appreciate the transformation.
