Dried Apple Wedges | Fall Snacks
An easy to make, naturally sweet snackâsoft, chewy, and perfect for lunch boxes and adventures.

1 apple corer

Ingredients

lemon
squeezed

ceylon cinnamon
ground

ginger
ground
Instructions
Wash and peel the skin off the apples.
Core the apples, or cut with a knife into wedges.
Optional: Toss with lemon and spice in a large bowl.
Spread out onto dehydrator sheets with a little space between.
Dehydrate at 115 degrees F. on a ventilated surface for 12-24 hours. Or until desired chewiness.
Notes
Can be stored in masons jars in a cool dry space for up to 30 days.
