Kale Chips Recipe

INGREDIENTS
  1. 4.5 pounds kale
  2. 2 cups sesame seeds
  3. 2 cups red bell pepper
  4. 1 cup water
  5. 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
  6. 1/4 cup onion
  7. 4 garlic cloves
  8. 2 serrano peppers
  9. 1 lemon; juiced
  10. 1 tsp paprika
  11. 1/2 tsp salt
  12. 1/2 tsp peppercorn
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Rip kale off of stalks, try to leave the leaf as whole as possible.
  2. Blend the sesame seeds until it becomes flour.
  3. Add in the rest of cheese ingredients and blend until smooth. You may have to stir and scrape the side of the blender intermittently.
  4. Massage the cheese into the kale.
  5. Pour the bowl of cheesy kale across two ventilated dehydrated sheets.
  6. Dehydrate at 115F degrees until thoroughly dry, approximately 12 hours.
