Monday
  • Early Breakfast 7am-9am: peaches, nectarines, berries, cherries, melons, figs, -look for seasonal and/or tropical fruits.
  • Brunch 9:30am-10am: Milk shake
  • Snacks 2pm-3pm: Blue corn chips, and carrot sticks with salsa fresca. or trail mix. green pepper.
  • Dinner 6pm: chicken, pork (free range), earth balance butter with garlic and onion in foil with medley  of vegetables (green beans, zucchini, brussels sprouts, squash). Remember to look for variety. (carrots, potatoes, kholrabi, beets, root vegetables – winter). (note: fennel seed and mustard seed in pepper grinder for flavor).
  • Dessert 6pm-7pm: brownie
Tuesday
