to become a Set Decorator on large films

I want to be a Set Decorator who is renowned and works with great directors on great projects.  I will be great to work with and seen as amazingly creative.   I will do 2 jobs/ year and earn enough to be able to take time off and travel in between.  My team will be devoted to me and I will treat them really well.

Step away from Art Dept Assistant roles and only take Petty cash buyer roles
Learn everything I can about the film making process
Do some standby work
build a reputation as someone who is easy to work with and solves problems
