because there’s a history of heart disease in my family

because I want to look good in my clothes

Step 1:

understand why i eat the way i do
understand why i move the way i do
understand what will motivate me to do it differently

Step 2:

get my eating on track:
3 meals a day
healthy and nutritious and adventurous
build in some naughty
make sure it works with work

Step 3:

find an easy to do quick excercise system requiring no equipment
find a way to make it work with work
find a way to stay accountable
