Step 1:
Work on Diet and building from the very basics with regards to fitness level
Step 2:
Make a plan and stick to it. i.e I would ideally like to be at the wall 3 times a week while doing at least an hour of strength, core and flexilibilty
Step 3:
move on to more harder routines
