Gain 2 handed pole holds (ayesha: true grip and twisted)

With Amanda and Melissa’s help, I will rehearse drills and repetitive attempts toward a comfortable ayesha.
I can practice on Tuesdays and Thursdays in Manassass. I also need to add two other days per week to practice these specific drills. (See fitness plan).
Why?
To be able to take my pole dancing to the next level by participating in classes that use combinations with 2 handed (inverted) holds. This will increase my confidence and help me feel more like I belong in classes.
Step 1:
Learn and practice strengthening exercises to build towards the move.
Step 2:
Drill going into the Ayesha from on the pole and on the floor.
Step 3:
practice outside of class to foster confidence.
