In addition to being generally healthier as I age, becoming leaner and more fit will also help in spreading up recovery rate.

I frequently feel achey, especially in joints. Hopefully cutting most of the crap out of my diet and eating more cleanly will assist with speeding up post workout recovery and provide me with more energy and stamina.

also, the more fit you are the easier it is to learn pole moves.
